The airport is 8 kilometres away; public transportation, the main square, and a convenient grocery store are within walking distance. The well-appointed bedroom features a comfortable double bed with night table, reading lamps, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The modern kitchen is well equipped, having been fitted with an oven, cooking hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and an electric kettle. The relaxing living area offers a double sofa bed, coffee table, armchairs, reading lamps, cable television, CD player, and a telephone (incoming and outgoing calls). The apartment comes with bed linen and towels, crockery and cutlery, central heating, and a well-maintained bathroom with a washbasin, hair dryer, toilet, bath with shower, and a washing machine. Laundry and dry cleaning facilities as well as parking spaces are available.
