Location is very good (downtown is comfortably accessible via underground or tram, without the need of driving a private car). Underground parking is very convenient and the apartment is quite new.
The amenities in the apartment are very scarce (e.g. there is not a coffee machine of any kind, neither a dishcloth in the kitchen nor even soap for the washing machine and the dishwasher).
