Spacey attic one bedroom holiday apartment for maximum 4 people located right in the most favourite tourist spot of Warsaw. Apartment occupy last attic floor of building near the Wawel Castle and Market Square.

This holiday home has quite large living area with the wooden parts of the attic on the ceiling which in some spots reach almost 5m high. There is a sofa, armchair coffee table and kitchen that sits on one corner. Sofa can be converted to a comfortable double bed. Anther room in this flat is a cosy bedroom with windows out to the courtyard preserving a nice quiet relax.

Just outside apartment building there are plenty of restaurants, silver and amber shops and all things you can find on the Old Town. Podwale street where apartment is located has also a very good access to the rest of Warsaw centre.

Important information:
Arrival before 9am and after 9pm cost additionally 120 PLN (ca. 30 Euro). Arrival after 11pm require additional agreement.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled 21 - 7 days before arrival, 30% of the total cost will be charged.
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival 50% of the total cost will be charged.
In case of no-show - the whole stay will be charged.
