The apartment consists of living room with open to it well equipped kitchen and bedroom. The flat can accommodates up to 4 people offering a double bed in the bedroom and a convertible sofa bed for two people in the living room. The apartment has a large balcony and is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay in Warsaw. Due to it's location away from the main road it provides a quiet rest.

Car travellers will appreciate the possibility of using parking space in the underground garage (cost extra). The building where the apartment is located is placed on secured fenced area safe playground for kids.

Important information:
Arrival before 9am and after 9pm cost additionally 120 PLN (ca. 30 Euro). Arrival after 11pm require additional agreement.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled 21 - 7 days before arrival, 30% of the total cost will be charged.
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival 50% of the total cost will be charged.
In case of no-show - the whole stay will be charged.
