Compact studio holiday home for up to 3 people, located downtown Warsaw, the southern part, near the Constitution Square (pl. Konstytucji) and the Ujazdowskie Avenue just next to the Zbawiciela Square. In proximity to the apartment you will find Lazienki Park, Belvedere Palace and other landmarks of this part of Warsaw. Also this is the part of the city where most of embassies and government institutions are located as well Warsaw Polytechnic.

The Old Town and other places in Warsaw is very easy to reach by one of the many trams and buses not to mention the closest metro station "Plitechnika". The Palace of Culture and Science takes about 20 minutes to walk to on broad and famous Marszalkowska street. It is also worth mentioning that this location belongs to historic Warsaw planned residential area called MDM designed in early postwar years as flagship development of social architecture.

Proposed apartment, though small, certainly provides convenient and comfortable stay in Warsaw. It consists of one room and separate kitchen with dining table. In addition to a double bed a convertible armchair for one person is available. There are full facilities such as cable TV, DVD and the Internet both, LAN cable and WiFi. It is placed on the 4th floor, which can be accessed by elevator. Kitchen easily allow to prepare simple meals.

Important information:
Arrival before 9am and after 9pm cost additionally 120 PLN (ca. 30 Euro). Arrival after 11pm require additional agreement.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

If cancelled 21 - 7 days before arrival, 30% of the total cost will be charged.
