Comfortable studio apartment for up to four people, located in the Warsaw centre, in modern residential apartment building with garage and security.

Right next to the apartment building there is a metro station and tram stops, that can take you for example near the Old Town, which is 25 minutes walk. In the proximity huge shopping and entertainment centre "Arkadia" is located. Location meets both, tourists and business visiting Warsaw.

This modern apartment has a spacious room with a partially separated place for sleeping with a double bed and a kitchen on the opposite side of the room. Ideal for two can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during the stay in Warsaw. Internet access is available both, wireless and standard LAN cable, the cable TV is digital and kitchen is fully equipped.

Important information:
Arrival before 9am and after 9pm cost additionally 120 PLN (ca. 30 Euro). Arrival after 11pm require additional agreement.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled 21 - 7 days before arrival, 30% of the total cost will be charged.
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival 50% of the total cost will be charged.
In case of no-show - the whole stay will be charged.
