Two level apartment placed on Bielany district, close to the Metro station "Stere Bielany. This is one of the most green district of Warsaw with many buildings dating from the 30's.

Apartment is on the ground floor of an old pre-war building located on quiet street. There are 4 rooms, living room with kitchen, two bedrooms upstairs, one in the basement. Apartment is completely renovated and the rooms are cosy and nicely furnished.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals. Entertainment and communication is provided by satellite television and high speed internet access.

The apartment is ideal for those who seeks for a quiet family stay away for the tourist and business central crowd and at the same time to be able to get quickly to the centre by metro.

Important information:
Arrival before 9am and after 9pm cost additionally 120 PLN (ca. 30 Euro). Arrival after 11pm require additional agreement.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled 21 - 7 days before arrival, 30% of the total cost will be charged.
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival 50% of the total cost will be charged.
In case of no-show - the whole stay will be charged.
